Hi my name is Ollie, I am 27 years old and a former professional rugby union player. I have been running my Personal Training business for over 2 years and have loved every minute!

Although I had to reluctantly retire from the sport due to an injury, it allowed me to pursue a career in personal training. I offer mobile personal training service in the areas of Bath and NE Somerset areas, and am able to work with you in the comfort of your own home, or the convenience of your local park. As a married man, to my wife Sarah and a father to our beautiful daughter Billie and son Luca, I understand the commitment and time needed towards family. This allows me to base training times and sessions around your needs and convenience. My main goal is for you to achieve your goals.

I was fortunate enough to play rugby at the highest level, playing over 70 times for Bristol Rugby, competing in the Premiership and the Championship. I always wanted to stay fit and healthy after rugby and working in the health and fitness industry allows me help others at the same time. During my 9 years in professional rugby I experienced various types of weights and fitness sessions, of which I have been able to add to my repertoire. I am here to pass on this knowledge I have gained, whether you’re looking to better those 1 rep maxes or to simply improve your fitness and wellbeing. Whatever the goal I am here to help, together we will make a plan and achieve the goals we set.
